One of our biggest clients and now a dear friend, Imobiliart has over 50 doors that cater to short term rental platforms such as Airbnb. Having designed more than twelve of them, we’ve now acquired a strong sense of understanding of the many elements necessary to successfully outfit a space for such applications. Building a high-impact “Instagramable” space that is geared towards entertaining in sought-out neighbourhoods such as the iconic Old-Port of Montreal, combined with durable fixtures and material to ensure a reasonable longevity for years to come. We were given “Carte blanche” on this project which we converted from a commercial office space into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, entertainment loft completely curated right down to the furniture and accessories.
