One of our earlier projects was this two story and basement extension. Extending the back of the house by just fifteen feet, gave each floor another 375 square feet which more than met the needs of this young growing family for years to come. A clean line minimalist approach was once again carefully executed to allow for a modern and functional design. 11 years later, we are again being mandated by this lovely couple to demolish and rebuild the garage while building a den and master bathroom that connect to the existing second floor.
